However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Below is our return policy to ensure a smooth process for you.

30-Day Return Policy

You can return any product within 30 days of receipt, following the guidelines below:

Important Notice

  • Unassembled Products Only: We only accept unassembled products for returns. Once a product is assembled, it cannot be resold, making it ineligible for return.
  • Original Packaging Required: All returns must be repackaged in their original packaging to ensure protection during transit.


Returns for Non-Quality Issues

  1. Repackaging: Repackage the product and ship it back to our warehouse at the return address.
  2. Notification: Notify our support team at support@humanex.uk once the item has been shipped.
  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund promptly.

Please note: The initial shipping cost of £15 is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.



Returns for Quality Issues

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us immediately.

Contact: Email supportuk@humanex.com with your order number, contact information, reason for return, and photos of any defects or issues (if applicable).



Hassle-Free Exchange

We offer hassle-free exchanges for in-stock items:

  • You can request an exchange within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the package has not been shipped.
  • If the package has already been shipped, you can refuse delivery.

Please note: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs if refusing delivery.



Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Before Processing: Contact us at support@humanex.uk to cancel an unprocessed order.
  • Cancellation After Processing: If the parcel has already been processed, cancellation is not possible. However, you can refuse the package upon delivery.

Please note: In such cases, return shipping costs will apply.



General Return Guidelines

  • All returned items must remain unassembled and in their original packaging.
  • For quality or delivery-related returns, we provide a prepaid return label at no extra charge. Non-quality returns will require you to cover shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit. To protect your return, we recommend insuring the package.


Warranty

At HUMANEX, your satisfaction is our priority. We are proud to offer a limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for all HUMANEX products.

What Is Covered?

  • We provide free replacement parts for any defects caused by improper workmanship or material flaws.
  • If a replacement or repair is not possible, we may refund the purchase price upon return of the defective product.

Shipping Costs for Replacement Products

We cover shipping costs for replacement products in cases of material or workmanship defects.

What Is Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
  • Accessories, related products, or non-HUMANEX materials.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow product usage instructions.
  • Warranty is void if labels are tampered with, removed, or damaged.

How to File a Warranty Claim
