Your satisfaction is our top priority at HUMANEX. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and offer a limited warranty that covers defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is available exclusively to consumers who purchase HUMANEX products from authorized retailers or resellers.
What is Covered?
Main Product
HUMANEX provides a 5-year warranty on the primary structural components of the purchased product, including the metal frame, shelf structure, and other essential parts that support the product's load-bearing functionality. This warranty covers failures due to material or manufacturing defects that impact product safety or functionality. However, it does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (such as fading or minor surface scratches)
- Damage due to improper use, unauthorized repairs, or external factors (e.g., natural disasters)
Functional Accessories
A 3-year warranty is offered on functional accessories such as casters, shelves, soundbar brackets, LED strips, and additional components. This warranty covers defects that hinder proper function but does not apply to:
- Normal aging and wear
- Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions
- Issues related to improper voltage use for LED strips
Socket Accessories
HUMANEX provides a 2-year warranty for socket accessories. This covers failures caused by circuit faults, poor contact, or inherent quality issues but does not extend to:
- Damage due to overloading, short circuits, or forceful plugging/unplugging
- External impact damage
How to Claim Warranty Services?
If your product has a defect due to manufacturing or material faults within the warranty period, you may request:
Repair: Free replacement of defective parts
Replacement: If repair is not possible, we may provide a replacement unit
Return: If neither repair nor replacement is viable, a return may be processed
Claim Process:
1. Contact HUMANEX customer service at support@humanex.uk with a description and photos of the issue.
2. Our team will evaluate the claim and determine the best course of action.
3. If approved, we will provide a repair, replacement, or return solution at no extra cost.
What is Not Covered?
Our limited warranty does not cover:
External Damage: Accidents, drops, scratches, or other physical damage.
Improper Use or Installation: Failure to follow the user manual or using the product in an unsuitable environment.
Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Any modifications or repairs by unauthorized personnel void the warranty.
Natural Wear and Aging: Gradual wear due to extended use, such as caster deterioration, coating fading, and minor fatigue.
Tampered or Removed Labels: Products with altered or missing labels are not eligible for warranty claims.
Shipping Costs for Replacements
If your HUMANEX product is deemed defective under warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping for a replacement item.
How to File a Claim?
